This request is an extension of the existing feature request for Organizational Memberships. Currently, credits and usage are tied to individual user accounts, even when one account pays for another user. We propose that an organization has its own shared credit balance, independent of individual users. Proposed behavior: • An organization owns a shared monthly credit pool • Users assigned to the organization can consume credits from this shared pool • Credits are not tied to a specific user account • Billing is handled by a designated organization owner or billing account • Credit usage is transparently tracked per user within the organization Example use case: • One organization • One shared credit balance • Three users assigned to the organization • All three users can book desks or meeting rooms using the same credits This would allow teams and small companies to manage coworking usage in a flexible and scalable way, without having to manage individual memberships or credit balances per person.
