Members can currently only book, but cannot manage or delete bookings (room resources). It would be very useful for the community if that was possible to remain flexible

What would be helpful as an admin:
- Change time frame
- Change booking title
- Change booking comment
- change your own/admin comment
As a user:
- Change time frame
- Change booking title
- Change booking comment
Admin is more urgent for us than user functions :-)
