We sometimes have the requirement that upgrades should be booked retrospectively by the user, such as a safe deposit box. So far, the user has had to change plans and book a new one with a locker. Only the admin can do this directly via “customize”, i.e. extend an existing plan. It would be nice if the user also had a “customize” function. Thank you
