The following info is missing in the admin view of the member profiles:
  1. historical changes to plans
  2. bookings for this user
  3. member since date
  4. cancelled on (if applicable)
  5. custom fields like telephone number
  6. view community profile
  7. some kind of differentiation to know which info is only visible for admins and which info is visible to the community
  8. social profiles (linkedin, twitter)
  9. some kind of statistics about the user that might help justify upselling... average spent a month, resource booking statistic, community activity
  10. some kind of internal tagging system to classify users for admin (searching) purposes
