Hi everyone, is there a best practice example for external bookings here? So you have a tool recommendation (preferably free, open source) :-)

Sebastian Reh: We have had a relatively large number of inquiries recently and are solving this with a 0.00 EUR membership. This is then “only” the confis booked. We have a link from CoApp to KIWI via Zapier, so that the Confi can only be opened at that time (including the front door). Payment is then carried out normally via CoApp or STRIPE for booked confi hours... VG Christopher from BEYDES

Sebastian Reh: Hi Sebastian, thanks for asking. Thanks to the Google Calendar link, you can already use any external booking tool and also connect it to the same Google Calendar. In this way, the same resources can be booked via coapp AND external booking software.
I can't tell you yet when we'll start our own implementation. However, we will keep you up to date as soon as anything changes.

Important fields for us:
- Select date (linked to booking calendar), time
- separate fields: first name, last name, company, street+house number, zip code, city, e-mail, telephone, comment, expected number of persons
- optional: Extras (such as flatten drinks; for this we need the number of people)
