We would like to be able to give our users a "credit" to their account in the form of hours and not money. This way we don't reduce our revenue and incentive resource usage in case something goes wrong and we need to reimburse a customer to make them happy.
It would also be awesome to have an API endpoint, so that this can be included in zapier automations that decide when a user gets "free product".
this change should only affect the number of hours for a specific resource in any give month and not "change" the plan the person is in. After the month has gone by, the booking credit should be reseted.
